Confidentiality and Privacy
- All client information both business and personal will be kept strictly confidential.
Access to premises
- The householder agrees to provide safe and unrestricted access to the property otherwise i may need to charge for time and expenses.
Services provided and limitations
- The Demuddler provides decluttering, house presentation and time based services. We provide advice in relation to these services but no responsibility can be accepted for the actions client's take following the advice.
- Third parties - Heavy or large items that need moving are likely to need 3rd party help. If required, I'll help you find this help but no liability can be accepted for the services provided by others.
- Handling items - I handle items with care but in the event of accidental damage or loss, the Demuddler won't be held liable for losses or damage caused.
- Minimum appointment length - 2 hours depending on location.
Lifting and removal of items from premises
- I cannot lift items that could be a health and safety risk such as large or awkward shaped items. If this is required please arrange suitable help in advance of appointment or talk to me in advance and I will see if I can arrange help.
- I can of course help you prepare items for removal but it is the householders responsibility to remove items from the premises (unless we agree otherwise) .I suggest you check the value of items before deciding to dispose or sell them and recycle where possible.
Payment
- Can be by Cash, Card or BACS transfer following receipt of invoice.

Appointment cancellations
- I realise that things happen in life and will be as flexible as I can with this. I would appreciate at least 48 hours notice or charge may apply.
Insurance
- The Demuddler holds public liability insurance of £x.
