Pricing is subject to individual projects and will be accessed during the home visit and a quote will be emailed to you or discussed via telephone.

The DeMuddler holds public liability insurance of £x.
Mileage:
Mileage is chargeable 5 miles outside of Monmouth at 45 pence per mile.

Why it's needed
Decluttering
- Clutter can weigh you down and invite confusion and chaos. You can breathe fresh air into your life by clearing out clutter and creating an environment you love to be in. Eliminating the clutter in your life will help to reduce your stress (studies shave shown that clutter can raise your level of cortisol a stress hormone) and make space for wonderful new things to come your way. I can offer removal of charity/refuse items.
- Examples can include, tidying your living or workspace or even re-organising kitchen cupboards and going through your wardrobe and throwing out tired, worn clothes. It's amazing what a fresh pair of eyes can do! Selling pre-loved items which can turn to cash.
House presentation
- Often to improve chances of selling properties that are taking time to sell, But also to improve your general surroundings and to maximise your use of space with new fresh ideas.
Time based services:
- We all live busy hectic lives and time is something not many of us have enough of. By providing these services, I give you more time to focus on things you want to do.

Confidentiality and Privacy
- All client information both business and personal will be kept strictly confidential.
Access to premises
- The householder agrees to provide safe and unrestricted access to the property otherwise i may need to charge for time and expenses.
Services provided and limitations
- The Demuddler provides decluttering, house presentation and time based services. We provide advice in relation to these services but no responsibility can be accepted for the actions client's take following the advice.
- Third parties - Heavy or large items that need moving are likely to need 3rd party help. If required, I'll help you find this help but no liability can be accepted for the services provided by others.
- Handling items - I handle items with care but in the event of accidental damage or loss, The Demuddler won't be held liable for losses or damage caused.
- Minimum appointment length - 2 hours depending on location.
Lifting and removal of items from premises
- I cannot lift items that could be a health and safety risk such as large or awkward shaped items. If this is required please arrange suitable help in advance of appointment or talk to me in advance and I will see if I can arrange help.
- I can of course help you prepare items for removal but it is the householders responsibility to remove items from the premises (unless we agree otherwise). I suggest you check the value of items before deciding to dispose or sell them and recycle where possible.
Payment
- Can be by Cash, Card or BACS transfer following receipt of invoice.

Appointment cancellations
- I realise that things happen in life and will be as flexible as I can with this. I would appreciate at least 48 hours notice or charge may apply.
